SWE: Unapologetically You

Unapologetically You: Owning Your Power in Tech

Join SWE Austin and Dell Technologies on October 8 for an inspiring evening with Gina Cano, Chief of Staff at Dell Technologies and author of Unapologetically You.

Gina will share candid lessons from her journey to executive leadership and discuss how to advocate for yourself, overcome rejection, own your voice, and rise without compromising who you are. Whether you've ever felt underestimated, overlooked, or like you didn't belong, this conversation will offer practical insights and encouragement to help you take ownership of your career and confidently embrace your strengths.

Come connect with fellow SWE members, learn from Gina's experiences, and leave inspired to stop waiting for permission and start owning your power.
