ARMA will kick off 2026 with its first luncheon of the year on Tuesday, January 13, at Embassy Suites in Round Rock. This forward-looking program will focus on future workforce demand and the evolving skill needs of Central Texas manufacturers.
During the luncheon, ARMA will present findings from our recently completed workforce survey, including projections on where critical skill gaps are expected to emerge. Attendees will also hear from Sarah Ruddy of WFSRCA, who will provide an executive summary of future workforce demand for Central Texas manufacturing.
In addition, Chairman Joe Esparza of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) will discuss workforce training programs available to manufacturers, including resources and funding opportunities for upskilling and apprenticeship programs.
