Start your role as a mentor with clarity and confidence by joining our virtual mentor orientation webinar. This session is designed to help you understand the six-month program framework, the support available to you, and how to create meaningful impact for your mentees.

Guided by hosts Milissa Day and Esther Weinberg, we’ll cover best practices for effective mentorship, program expectations, and tips for building strong, supportive relationships. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn how to maximize both your mentees’ growth and your own experience as a mentor.
