Our in-person events are making a comeback that you won't want to miss. Meet local agilists of all experience levels and domains to network and learn something new. This month we have Shelby Turk from Agile Velocity who will lead us through providing feedback and embracing difficult conversations.

May I ask you a question?

Our world is rapidly changing, especially within the Agile community. We are now more aware of the weight of words, but have we become too aware? For a high-perfoming team and organization, the ability to provide feedback is critical but in this day in age, it can create anxiety and fear. Fear of saying the wrong thing, fear of looking foolish, and even fear of retaliation.

How can agilists encourage their teams to give feedback, make mistakes and grow past that anxiety? In this session, we will walk through past experiences, failures and successes, and how to break antipatterns in order to leave with new ideas to bring back to your workspace.
