Heather is the Delivery Manager for TEKsystems’ State of Texas Government services vertical and has been in the talent acquisition space for nearly 10 years. She is well versed and connected on the current Austin tech market from both her role at TEKsystems as well as her involvement with Austin Women in Technology (AWT), where she is currently serving as President.

Angela Means
Assistant Director at City of Austin Development Services Department


Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting), a Master of Public Administration degree and a Financial Management certification. With over 20 years of public administration and management experience, she currently serves as Assistant Director of the City of Austin Development Services Department, providing executive oversight of several divisions and critical department functions to include Information Technology, Financial Services, Stakeholder and Community Engagement, Human Resources, and Customer Experience. Ms. Means is charged with supporting strong relationships between her staff and the development community, and using innovations in technology to ultimately impact the built environment of Austin.

Tara Wyborny
 
Vice President of Talent Development (Dev10), Genesis 10



Tara is Vice President of Talent Development for Genesis10’s talent creation program, Dev10. She is an advocate and trusted advisor to companies for next-generation workforce planning, implementation and ongoing support. In addition to operations management and sales support, Tara is a training, mentoring and performance management expert. She publishes career advice and specializes in helping college students and recent graduates with various technical and managerial roles.

Kim Storin
Chief Marketing Officer of Zayo

Kimberly is the Chief Marketing Officer at Zayo and an expert in enterprise technology. She has rearchitected brand strategies, created new categories, and designed organizations from the ground up. A seasoned non-profit board member, she is the chair elect for The Women’s Fund at Austin Community Foundation.

Bryan Chaney is a global talent branding and attraction strategist. He is an international keynote speaker and has worked in recruitment, technology, and marketing, providing him insights into the marketing of hiring, the importance of technology and the buying process.
