The pandemic has forced many women to re-evaluate if they should stay in the workforce or not. Some were temporarily forced out via layoff or furlough and are evaluating if they should return. Others are juggling daycare, eldercare, and/or schooling at home while trying to work full time.

This session will look at some of the data and explore options and concerns. If you are uncertain or on the edge of leaving or returning to the workforce — this session is for you.
